Required position: GFSN does not collect, receive, arrange, transport, or distribute donations in the UAE. This page only allows adults to record contributions they independently completed through lawful channels.

Per-record acknowledgement

Each UAE record must accept the current version and all four statements:

  • I confirm that this contribution was completed independently and was not arranged, collected, transported, or distributed by GFSN.
  • I confirm that I am responsible for complying with applicable UAE laws and food-safety requirements.
  • I acknowledge that GFSN provides record-keeping and estimated-impact calculations only.
  • I confirm that an uploaded image, if any, does not identify a beneficiary, child, or unrelated third party.

Excluded functionality

UAE pages do not offer money or AED records, payment links, fundraising calls, recipient or organization selection, pickup, delivery, couriers, transport, distribution targets, or the India-only Gokul link.

Release warning

The wording is pending qualified UAE legal review. Article 46 promotion/fundraising risk remains relevant; Article 47 survey/questionnaire risk must be reviewed for aggregate public statistics; UAE-wide food-law claims must not be inferred from Dubai-only rules; a platform rule about home-cooked food must not be presented as proven nationwide law without authority. Privacy, official-resource links, food-safety wording, and secure hosting also require review.
