Terms

These terms describe a record-keeping service for adults. They are not a promise that GFSN will collect, receive, arrange, transport, distribute, process, transfer, or verify any contribution.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and accept the current Terms and Privacy Notice. One account can create records for India and the UAE; country is selected on each record.

2. Records, not fulfilment

You may record only a contribution you independently completed elsewhere. You remain responsible for the truth of the record, the lawful channel used, food safety, permissions, and compliance with applicable requirements. GFSN does not match recipients, offer payment details, collect funds or goods, issue tax receipts, or certify delivery or benefit.

3. Estimates and Food Credits

Estimated people impacted and Food Credits are mathematical outputs: food, milk, and water quantity divided by 250, rounded up; India INR amount divided by 100 and multiplied by six, rounded up. They have no cash value and are not proof of beneficiaries, delivery, nutrition, environmental benefit, or legal compliance.

4. Verification states

New records are pending. An admin may verify, reject, correct a pending record, or void a pending or verified record. Verification means only that an admin accepted the submitted record for this platform’s public totals; it is not independent confirmation of the underlying contribution.

5. Photos

One photo is optional. Do not upload a beneficiary, child, unrelated third party, confidential material, or unlawful content. Photos remain private to the record owner and admins and are not included in public totals.

6. Availability and changes

This project may be unavailable, changed, suspended, or corrected. Legal and formula versions are recorded so new acceptance can be requested when required.

7. Operator and contact

Operator: Vivan Goel. A public contact channel still requires confirmation before launch. These terms require qualified legal review before public deployment, particularly for the UAE.
